Bois de Cise Beach in Ault is located in one of the last wooded areas on the seafront of Picardy. The beach is in a valleuse accessible by a staircase at the amphitheatre. The cliff environment is nice but the pebble beach is not the most comfortable. One also comes here to shore fish for mussels on natural beds. There is a garden with a kid’s playground at the plaza (toilets also).
To reach this beach from the center of Ault, go to the D940 towards Mers les Bains then turn right towards Bois de Cise. Parking near the valleuse.
