Lingreville is a small village located in the department of Manche in the Normandy region, on the west coast of Cotentin, 123 km from Rennes, 109 km from Saint-Malo, and 107 km from Caen.

The Lingreville Beach is a wide sandy beach where it is pleasant to take a walk when the tide is low and the sea is far. People come here to admire the sunset or sunrise. It is divided into two areas.

Just 1 hour north of Mont Saint-Michel (64km), Lingreville is a town where your visit will be most enjoyable. Take the opportunity to visit:

  • The 13th-century Saint-Martin Church, with its interior statues classified as historical monuments
  • The Vanlée Harbor, a starting point for a long hike along the beach
  • The "Estran à bouchots"
  • The Raptor Park, a 10,000m2 amusement park with a dinosaur theme
  • The Lingreville Gardens
  • The Lingreville Nature Reserve, a peaceful hiking circuit where you can enjoy the immensity of nature
  • The Ludiver Planetarium
  • The Chaux du Rey Lime Kilns, a maritime museum

If you are a thrill-seeker, we recommend parachute jumping.

In the surrounding area, you can also visit:

  • The first classified dune site in France, the dunes of Annoville
  • The Louis Cirée Promenade in Hauteville-sur-Mer, where you will find 3 beaches near Granville
  • The Carperie Estate, a very pleasant place that offers many activities for children
  • The salt pans in Bricqueville-sur-Mer in the Vanlée Harbor
