Our opinion on the Vivier Beach
Vivier Beach in Biscarrosse is located to the north of this seaside destination in a preserved zone (we only find campgrounds). This vast sand beach has a lifeguard in the summer and we find a restaurant on the beach near the lifeguard post. Access to the parking is regulated (free for cars). This beach is accessible from the paths from the parking lot (about 700 meters, 15 minutes by foot). Note that this is the northernmost beach of the department of Landes. If we continue north we will arrive at the beaches of Gironde.
To get to this beach from the entrance of Biscarrosse, follow the sign indicating the parking lot Vivier. It is located in a shaded pinewood.
Dogs on a leash are tolerated on this beach.

To get to this beach from the parking lot, cross a large dune. The environment is very preserved.
This is a protected zone. We find fences at the entrance. The parking lot is free for cars, but camping cars must pay.
