Our opinion on the North Beach
North Beach in Biscarrosse is the third lifeguarded zone in the center of this destination. Located directly downtown, this large sand beach extends toward the north to Viviers Beach. There is a lifeguard post open during the summer. Access to the beach is available from stairs (handicap access is impossible).
You will find a free parking lot near this beach at the end of avenue des Echassiers. We find a few places to park along avenue des Sables.
Note that dogs held on a leash are tolerated on this beach (it is more prudent to stay outside of the lifeguarding zone).

A big thank you to these lifeguards of Nord Beach in Biscarrosse who welcomed our photographer with lots of enthusiasm!
On the seafront, downtown all the way to this beach, we find vast lawns with accesses to different beaches. Continuing toward Viviers, the beach becomes more wild with vast dunes.
