Between Bénouville and Vattetot sur Mer, there is a valley in Etigue. In the latter, there is a pebble beach but it is difficult to swim because of the many rocks that are found at the edge of the water. However, it is known by locals for shore fishing. Note that in the past, you could reach, on the left, the Valleuse du Curé but it is no longer accessible (rock falls). Dogs on a leash are allowed.
To reach this valley from Vattetot, take the D11 towards Benouville for about 2 km then turn right on the road to Valleuse d’Etigue (there is a cross at the roadside which serves as a landmark with a bus stop). Further down the road, there is a small car park with a dirt trail which takes you to the beach.
