The beach of Suzac is found to the north of Meschers sur Gironde near the forest of Suzac, at the edge of the community of Saint-Georges-de-Didonne. It is the largest beach of Meschers (600 meters long) and is also the most pristine. This beach boasts a first-aid station (open in summer) and two restaurants (at both ends). We appreciate its preserved environment all along a beautiful protected forest.
To get to this beach from the port of Meschers, rejoin the D25 toward Saint-Georges. After 3 km, on the boulevard de Suzac, there are several pedestrian paths to the beach. To the north of the beach, there is a small parking lot on the side of the road near the restaurant.
