Our opinion on the Savane Beach
Capbreton’s Savane Beach is one of three beaches in the south of the resort. It is bordered by a huge dune that you must cross to access the beach. A footbridge with stairs is provided enabling you to climb it. The view from it is great with, on one side, mini-villas built on the edge of the dune and, on the other, the ocean. The beach stretches on the right to the lifeguard station (and also the rehabilitation Center for athletes) and on the left until the bunkers.
Ample free parking is available 50 metres away from the beach (impasse Beau Soleil). This beach is also known as a good surfing spot.

Stairs are arranged to climb the dune to access Savane Beach.
At the bottom of the dune and next to the parking of Beau Soleil, there are many small holiday houses. You must not be afraid of the dune to live there!
