Rougeret Beach in Saint Jacut de la Mer, the first beach washed by the sea, because it is located at the end of the peninsula, offers a stunning view of the archipelago of Ebihens, fairly close. One can also practice water sports safely (beach monitored by fire-fighters in summer) and rent beach huts. Facing north / northeast, it is certainly protected from prevailing winds from the southwest, but not always from strong swells. It is a complete beach, very well positioned on every aspect.
To get to this beach, take Boulevard Rougeret leading to the peninsula from south to north. There is a car park near the beach at the cliff top.
