Our opinion on the Prat Beach
Wider and more welcoming than the Pouldu, at the other end of the cove, the beach of Prat in Santec splits in two parts. The one of the west more pretty, that of the east more practical for the swimmers. The surroundings are also more welcoming, because a little more green. Water sports lovers, the beach is treacherous because full of rocks that outcrop. It is the same for swimming.

Photos of the Prat Beach
We find the same quality of sand as on the peninsula of Perharidi.
But the surroundings are dangerous for boats and unpleasant for the feet of swimmers. It is better to go swimming on the eastern part of the beach, torwards Pouldu. On the horizon we can see the island of Batz.
The rocks still have an advantage : that of retaining the algae more than on the nearby beaches.
There are still some indentations between the rocks to go swimming.
The presence of many seabirds is a testament to a healthy environment and ecosystem.
