Our opinion on the North Beach
Soustons’ Nord Beach s behind Port d'Albret’s lake on the limit with the beaches of Vieux Boucau (separated by the “Soustons’ Courant”). With a well-developed dune environment, this beach is totally untamed. Beware, it is not supervised and swimming is very dangerous because of the strong currents. It is only to be used for walking or sunbathing.
To go to the beach, go to the Océane Beach and, at the fork, follow the road on the right; the beach is at the end of this road. Very difficult to park as there is no car park.

Heading south, we find the only supervised beach of Soustons (about 700 meters away). Between the two, it is desert-like!
High dunes. Very pleasant environment.
No specific access to this beach, you must cross the dune!
