Jovat Beach of La Croix-Valmer is found along the coastal path which allows us to join Cape Lardier and they Bay of Briande. We find two creeks here. One is made of sand and the other is gravel. The edge of this little bay is closed off by an old fisherman's house (shelter when the sea is agitated). These creeks are very nice and are the first interesting ones we find along the coastal path. Note that there are nudists here though it is not permitted (see the list of nude beaches in the Var Department).
To get to these creeks quickly, leave from the edge of Gigaro Beach, then take the coastal path toward Cape Lardier. The signs indicate the beach (about 650 meters from the edge of the beach – about a 25 minute walk).
