Bouillabaisse Beach in La Croix Valmer is a secret little beach found between the points of Bouillabaisse and Vergeron in the western part of the seaside resort. Composed of gravel and a layer of Mediterranean seagrass, this beach is little frequented even in the summer since it is not well known. To the right we have a nice view of the bay of Cavalaire.
To get here from Cavalaire, follow directions for La Croix Valmer. After the roundabout plage du Debarquement, follow signs for Gigaro. After one kilometer take the road to the right (sign indicates MF de Vitry). We find a parking lot right away. Then enter the private property. After 200 meters take the road to the right. Access to the beach is about 200 meters to the right (a sign indicates access to the sea).
