Harotzen Costa Beach in Guéthary is located in the bay of Alcyons near the port. Access is either through the pier of Alcyons (at the bottom of it, next to the helicopter area) or via stairs from the cliff path or chemin des Pêcheurs (the end of the beach next to St Jean de Luz). The easiest access is the first one.

This beach is a mixture of sand, pebbles and rocks. Fishing is allowed in the part closest to the pier (see last photo). One has to be cautious when one wishes to swim because the ocean can be rough on this part of the coast.
