Coco Beach is one of the lesser known beaches in Nice. Here, we do not have a typical stone beach, but instead we find large rocks landscaped with paths in the rock and zones with ladders for getting into the water, as if it were a giant swimming pool. There are also areas to lay out for a tan.
Coco Beach is lovely and from here you'll have a great view of the harbor of Nice. We are not far from the Cap de Nice. A coastal path makes for a nice walk.
Note that during the summer, a first-aid station is available on this beach and there is a lifeguard around.
For those looking for tranquility, this is the ideal place! Be prudent, nevertheless, because swimming is dangerous.
There are no parking lots here. The usuals park along the road Jean Lorrain or take the bus – lines 30 or T32, get off at Theodore de Banville/Lorrain.
To get to this beach from Nice's harbor, take boulevard Carnot then take avenue Jean Lorrain on the right that leads right to the beach.
