Central Beach is a pretty family-oriented beach in the heart of the town of Erquy. One will enjoy walking along the pedestrian promenade. In summer, this beach is very popular with summer visitors, who appreciate fine white sand. On the right, there is a playground for children as well as a Breton boules pitch (or petanque). The port is nearby as well as many restaurants. The beach is pretty well protected from the west winds.
There are several free car parks along the boulevard de la Mer.
