Located in the department of Ille-et-Vilaine in Brittany, the seaside resort of Saint-Briac-sur-Mer is an ancient seamen village, nicknamed the Pearl of the Emerald Coast. Holidaymakers are charmed by these narrow streets and by the old neighborhoods and enjoy all year round one of the most beautiful bays of Brittany.
We appreciate to discover the beautiful landscapes of the region from the coastal cliffs which also allow to spot small wild creeks and the various sandy beaches of Saint-Briac-sur-Mer. The town has a Port aux Chevaux or the Port Hue. A walk in the classified site of the Garde-Guérin is the opportunity to admire one of the most beautiful panoramas of the area from Cap Fréhel to the tip of Meinga, Saint-Malo and the Channel Islands. We discover the small marina, the dune cords and the peninsula of Nessay. The path of customs is a ride not to be missed if only for tides often spectacular ! The resort is very well preserved. Thanks to its strong urbanization at the end of the 19th century, there are only beautiful manor houses and beautiful villas. Real estate developers could not concretize this beautiful city for lack of space !
We can take advantage of the stay to visit Dinard which is a few kilometers away or discover Brittany by bike thanks to the various circuits that exist. The resort of Saint-Lunaire is near and the beach of Longchamp is straddling Saint-Briac and Saint-Lunaire (but managed by the latter). We are also very close to the beaches of Côtes-d’Armor and the famous Cap Fréhel.
