Our opinion on the Caroual Beach
Caroual Beach in Erquy is a large sandy beach, which is very popular in summer, especially with athletes. Many activities are indeed proposed: volleyball, football or sand ball competition, lively play area, swimming (monitored, it is the only in Erquy), windsurfing, kite-surfing, Cap Armour animations of all kinds. Volleyball nets are at the free disposal in the afternoon (except on Saturdays). The practice of windsurfing, yachting, kite surfing and other water activities are favoured here. However, the beach disappears completely at high tide and with a high coefficient.
To get to this beach from Pléneuf Val André, follow the scenic seafront road. After St Pabu Beach, continue along rue Bicneu to Caroual. Several streets lead to the seafront.

1.7 kilometres of fine flat sand! And it is possible to rent one of the few beach huts.
There are pebbles on the upper beach. Note the presence of several slipways for multiple launches.
