Our opinion on the Cavaliere Beach
Cavaliere Beach is located in a beautiful cove about 7 km from downtown Lavandou. It stretches over about 1.4 km. Here we find several sports activities: beach volleyball, jet skiing, parasailing, and water skiing. We can also find private beaches with restaurants. The beach has a lifeguard during the summer.
To get here, go toward St-Tropez taking highway D559. The beach is in the Cavaliere neighborhood. We find parking along the road or in a lot (paying in summer).

Huge sand beach far from the center of town. We find a bit of shade on the edges. A beautiful view of the Massif des Maures.
We are in the middle of the beach. We find several restaurants and hotels in this area. It is also the most frequented zone.
Looking to the left, we can see Cape Negre.
Near the first-aid station (near the green flag), there is a beach volleyball court.
Near the first-aid station we can find a handicap friendly access tot he beach.
Cavaliere East (zone closest to Cape Negre and Rayol Canadel):
This beach extends to Cape Negre. Nearby the beach is very tranquil and has shady areas. Parking is more difficult here, but it is worth the calm.
