Beyond Pietracorbara north of Cap Corse, there is a small cove at the foot of the Genoese tower of the Osse (at the edge of Cagnano) surrounded by smooth rocks. This beach is little known and largely frequented by locals. Surrounded by dense vegetation, there is shade and some sandbanks. The water is very clear, ideal for admiring the seabed.
To get to this cove, go to the marina of Pietracorbara (north of Bastia about 30 minutes by car) and carry on for 3.5 km north. When one sees a Genoese tower beyond a bend, park along the side of the road. The cove is located below.
