Ploemeur’s Kaolins Beach is located west of the resort, opposite the golf course. This vast sandy beach (about 800 metres) is supervised every afternoon in the summer (13h to 19h). The environment is completely preserved (dune areas surrounding the beach are classified Natura 2000). The road is about 100 metres.
Note that naturism is tolerated on this beach. Cohabitation with the "textiles" is going very well. It is a family beach (however there are unconfirmed reports of anti-social behaviour after the lifeguard station is closed).
To reach this beach, take the direction of Fort Bloqué via the D152. At the entrance to the golf course, there is a large car park to the right. Continuing along the main road, there is a second car park at the end of the beach, at the lifeguard station. In high season, parking is also along the road side. Several trails allow you to reach the beach.
Please note that dogs are not allowed on the beach from April 1 to September 15.
