Guidel’s Falaise Beach is an extension of the beach of Bas Pouldu but ocean side. It is a renowned surfing spot. However, you must be careful when swimming due to strong currents and sandbars (it is at the mouth of the river Laïta, swimming is prohibited at the north point - see map - because it is next to a take-off zone for kitesurfing). In the summer season, the beach is supervised in the south, so it is advisable to swim between the flags.
The beach is accessible by stairs (you have to go over the dune). There are showers and toilet facilities in the summer season and two free car parks on either side of the road at the main entrance.
