The beach of Gwin-Zegal in Plouha is one of the most original beaches in Brittany. Located at the edge of a small harbor with a rare type of anchorage (one of the last in France and in Europe), it offers a total change of scenery. But i twill be accessed by the descent of a long and steep staircase. Pebbles and sand alternate and several creeks follow one another between Gwin-Zegal and the beach of Porz-Moguer, to the northwest. In general, visitors prefer to admire the site from above, from the customs trail. So there is possibility to find a quiet corner, sheltered from winds and looks. At low tide, the different creeks from a large sandy beach.
To get to this beach from the center of Plouha, take Leclerc street, the streets of Run Bellec, then Kervezio, Goas Vian, pass the hamlet of La Trinité and follow the signposts of Gwin-Zegal and Beg-Hastel. A grassy parking lot is waiting for you. A path leaves on the right torwards the various beaches and coves.
