Equihen Beach, somewhat removed from the city centre, offers a preserved setting composed of cliffs while in close proximity to amenities. The beach is wide at low tide and monitored in summer. It is also accessible to disabled people (incline plane from the car park, provision of tiralo). The beach is less crowded further southward (one quickly reaches St Etienne au Mont Beach). To the north, the beach quickly stops to give way to the cliffs.
One can practice sand yachting at low tide. It is also possible to practice kite surfing (however, there is no beach at high tide and currents).
To get to this beach, follow the signs to the campsite of Les Falaises. There is a free car park right after it.
