Our opinion on the Cala d'Avena Beach
Near the hamlet of Tizzano, we find Cala d'Avena Beach in Sartène that is right next to the tip of Lattoniccia. This sand beach is familial with several shops and a direct access by car. It is quite busy in the summer and we are not close to the wild beaches of Sartène. It seems very agreeable with a green environment to the south.
To get here, follow directions for Sartène on N196. Before arriving on the route, take D48 toward Tizzano.

To the south of this beach, we can see the hamlet of Tizzano where we find shops and restaurants. The beach offers a nice stretch of sand.
The beach is very busy in the summer. We are on the most familial beach in Sartène.
