Our opinion on the Porh Kerhouet Beach
Erdeven’s Porh Kerhouet Beach is located in the northern part of Kerhilio Beach near the beach of Kerouriec. At low tide, the beach is a little rocky, ideal for shore fishing. By deviating slightly from the end (to the south), the sand is very fine and pleasant. Beach is busy in the high season. No supervised zone (the lifeguard station is located 600 meters south of the Kerhilio Beach).
We arrive at the most popular beaches of Erdeven. The car parks become pay-to-stay, € 1 for access (very reasonable).
To get to this beach from the centre of Erdeven, take the road for the stadium and the street Grand Large on the right. At the roundabout, go straight on to the seaside.

We are Porh Kerhouet with its beach, which is in the foreground. In the background is the great Kerhilio beach that extends to the beginning of the Quiberon peninsula. Both beaches are joined but the latter is not supervised.
The northernmost area is rocky. People come at low tide for shore fishing.
Access isreasonable but a bit difficult for people with reduced mobility.
