Kerhillio Beach is the star of Erdeven. It stretches to the Quiberon peninsula and offers a multitude of activities and facilities. This is one of the best equipped beaches in Brittany! However, it is very crowded in high season (it has a municipal campsite next to it).
The northern zone (access zone 3 to 7) is supervised in the summer season (400 meters long). The lifeguard is located at zone 4 (car park in front) with access for people with reduced mobility. At the access, there is a snack-van and a snack bar with a terrace near the beach.
Zones 7 to 9, the beach is reserved for the practice of sand yachting and south (to the limit of Plouharnel, after zone 9), there is a 300 metres area to practice kitesurfing.
To get to this beach from the D781 follow direction for Kerhillio camping (and Loperhet) by the Boulevard de l’Atlantique. At the roundabout, turn left (the beach is indicated).
