Our opinion on the West Beach
A ways from downtown Deauville, West Beach is an alternative to the main beach in Deauville. Even if there is no lifeguard, it is still very agreeable since it is calm and vast. The seaboards and the center of the area are not far which makes this beach very attractive. To the left, Tourgevile and Benerville sur Mer are very nice during the summer.
To get to this beach from the center of Deauville, go toward Cabourg on Boulevard Eugene Cornuche. This beach starts after the seaboards of Deauville, near the water sports center. You can park along the road and the beach is accessible from several alleys.

Located on the boarder of Lais de Mer Beach in Tourgeville, this sand beach is more calm than the one downtown.
To the right, the view of Deauville is lovely.
From the road on the shore, several pedestrian paths allow us to join the beach.
We find a large parking lot on Boulevard Cornuche.
