Our opinion on the Tamariguer Beach
Tamariguer Beach in Argelès-sur-Mer is located to the north of downtown along Boulevard de la Mer. Here we find a vast stretch of sand that runs all the way to the neighboring beaches. This beach is less crowded than those located downtown. We find on the right side of the beach an area to rent mattresses. The first-aid station (on the left) is open in the summer. We like this beach because there is not a road on the seafront – only a pinewood with some buildings.
To get here from downtown, take the Allee des Pins then Boulevard de la Mer. The beach is located after the third roundabout. We find parking spots along the Boulevard de la Mediterranee and another parking lot at the end of Boulevard de la Mer.

Tamariguer Beach is located to the north of town, with a vast stretch of sand. It is less frequented than the downtown beaches.
Here we have a general view of the Cote Vermeille. We are on one of the last large sand beaches in France before finding the little creeks as we move toward Spain.
We are on the right side of the private beach with mattress rentals and a restaurant on the sand.
Looking toward the north we can see the grandeur of this beach.
