The Men Du beach is the westernmost beach of La Trinité sur Mer on the border of Carnac-Plage. From there, you can see the island of Stuhan which is accessible at low tide by a long sandbank. Gently shelving beach, ideal for children. Swimming is simpler at high tide but possible at low tide.
To reach this beach from Carnac, take the direction of La Trinité sur Mer by the seaside (D186). The beach is located opposite the island of Stuhan (easily recognisable as you are in a large bay). Parking spaces are located along the road and the beach is accessible by stairs.
