Kernours Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches of Concarneau. Little known, access is tricky (but nothing too difficult). In a preserved and very wooded area, there is a sandy cove. At low tide, the space expands greatly and reveals some rocks providing an exotic side. Its southwest orientation allows for maximum sunshine and is well sheltered.
Parking is problematic in this area but it can limit overcrowding. The shortest access is by the path of the Pierres Noires. On foot, you must walk to the end of the paved road and turn left (road inside a forest) and then at the intersection turn right and follow the path to the beach. About 10 minutes. Or you can leave from Sables Blancs Beach and follow the coastal path which is north of the beach.
