Our opinion on the Escalet Beach

Escalet Beach is not an easy beach to find, but it is one of the best! Found between Camaret Cape and Taillat Cape, you will follow the avenue de Casabianca, then avenue Escudelier before arriving at the parking lot (paid parking in July and August – 4.40€ in 2013 – there are also parking places along the road which are free even during the summer) of the promenade de la Baie de Bon. We find alternating sandy areas and discreet little creeks. How nice! Here we are not rushed! Note that this beach does have a lifeguard during the summer.

If we go along the right side of the coast, we find some little creeks with sand that are very nie.

Dogs on a leash are allowed on the beach.

Here we are on the right side of Escalet Beach. This zone is more wild and more calm. Beautiful stretches of sand with a swimming area slightly inclined.

Look at the color of the water; the seabeds are amazing in this zone.

At the principle entrance, we can find a first-aid station in the summer. A few rocks in this zone bring an exotic tone.

Free car park on the Escalet beach in Ramatuelle

Arriving to the shore, we find a parking lot on the right. This is a paying lot in the summer. If you turn left, or right, you'll find free parking (even in the summer the places are limited; arrive early).
