La Faute sur Mer’s Chardons Beach is located on the road to Arçay Point. This beach is an extension of the northernmost beaches of La Faute. It is bordered by a beautiful forest where areas are arranged to be able to picnic (wooden tables in the shade of pine trees). The beach is very wide with dunes between the pine forest and the beach. There is a free parking near the beach. Access is by trails through the dunes.
To reach this beach, take the Boulevard de la Forêt. The beach is located at Avenue des Chardons.
