Our opinion on the Mers les Bains Beach
Mers les Bains Beach stretches about 1 km along the General Leclerc esplanade. It is covered in pebbles at high tide and sand at low tide. It is monitored in summer. There is a pleasant pedestrian promenade all along the beach with a few restaurants and cafes. The seafront of Mers les Bains is very nice with beautiful villas and listed façades.
One can enjoy the views of the cliffs (north and south). One can reach Tréport Beach by walkways at the port (in the south).
It is possible to park along the esplanade.

The biggest beach in Picardie is a long stretch of pebbles. On the left, there are beach huts with the folly facades of the seafront of Mers les Bains. Tréport Beach and the first cliffs of Seine-Maritime are in the background, behind the dike.
This is a view of the south side of Mers les Bains. The beautiful facades of Picardy in the background give way to long sandy beaches in the north.
There are numerous bathing huts all along the beach.
