Antibes port beach is located next to Vauban port. This pebble and rock beach (sandy on the waterfront) is little known because it is not visible and not mentioned in guidebooks either. It is small but the attendance level is lower than in the neighbouring Gravette beach. Mostly regulars escaping the crowd are going there. Shower and toilets are available (on the other side of the ramparts). Note that this beach is not monitored.
Main access is located on the ramparts of Vauban port (pedestrian access in the direction of Billionaires’ Quay) 100 metres away after the door to Gravette beach (the gate is sometimes closed so it is necessary to take the second entrance). It is also possible to go through Gravette beach then turn left on the esplanade. The stairs are at the end of the square. Note that it is difficult to park in summer. There are also paid parking spaces in the underground car park of Près des Pêcheurs.
