Anse de La Croix beach is located in the center of the town of the island of Aix, in the south-west. Access is made by Sémaphore street then you have to go through the door of the town (Door of the Anse de la Croix), the beach is below on the right. This beautiful sandy cove faces the two lighthouses and is tucked between the rocks. At the distance, we can see Fort-Boyard which seems to watch over the island.
This beach of the island of Aix is not the biggest (it is even short but very wide) but it is the only beach of the island which is monitored in summer (July and August). It also has the advantage of being near the center of te village.
