List of naturist beaches in Alpes-Maritimes (06) - France

It is rather difficult to find a nude beach in the Alpes Maritimes where naturism is officially allowed.
In the west of the department, there is a small creek at the tip of the Aiguille. However, access is very dangerous.
Near Cannes, the rules have changed for naturism in recent years. Only Battery Beach tolerates it (the surroundings are not always well attended). Otherwise, one will have to head to Lérins Islands (Ste Marguerite) southeast of the locality of Pierres Plates.
In the west of the department, there is only an official beach between Eze and Cap d’Ail in Pissarelles estate. Access is difficult and rocks overrun the beach. However, the environment is pleasant. Nearby, next to the beach of St Laurent d'Eze, there are few nudist coves.
The areas where naturism is practiced without permission are very rare in the Alpes Maritimes. There is a site on the border with Nice and Villefranche sur Mer and some rocks in Saint Jean Cap Ferrat (west side of the peninsula).
