Batz sur Mer’s Valentin Beach is near to beaches of Croisic to the edge of the town (west side). It is the largest beach of the resort and the Côte Sauvage. It extends for over 1km in Baie de la Barrière. It has a lifeguard station (open in the summer season), access for people with reduced mobility and a sailing centre. All around the beach the area is pedestrianised.
To get to this beach from the centre of Batz, take the direction for Croisic via the D245. At the roundabout of Saint-Nudec, turn left (towards the beaches) and the first on the right (sign for Valentin Beach & Sailing School). There are some parking spaces along the roadside.
