On the Customs Trail between Monaco and Roquebrune Cap Martin, you can find the small Tunnel Cove divided into two areas. The East side is more welcoming with a mix of sand and gravel (plus some shaded areas). The West side is very rocky. However, a sign indicates at the access level that swimming is prohibited (another on the beach indicates that it is not monitored). The place is relaxing and ideal for recharging your batteries.
The shortest access is from the Monaco side by a small street at the intersection of Boulevard Larvatto and Avenue Princesse de Grâce (street indicated as private, there is a parking lot at the end with a small restaurant). You can easily reach the Customs Trail. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, heading towards Roquebrune.
The second access starts at the Roquebrune SNCF station (free parking) and then taking the Customs Trail towards Monaco. Allow about 15 minutes of walking.
