By taking the customs path from Roquebrune Cap Martin train station towards Monaco, you will find the Rocher cove. Located after the large Buse beach, this confidential cove is mainly frequented by a few regulars looking for peace and quiet. Narrow (about thirty meters long) and composed mostly of large pebbles (or rocks), it is recommended for those who want to escape the crowds of the Côte d'Azur's large beaches. However, comfort is rudimentary... only a shower as equipment.
The easiest way to get to this cove is to park at the train station car park and then follow the customs path towards Monaco (be careful, it is not the path to the Golfe Bleu or Buse beach; the path is just before the station, above the one to Golfe Bleu). After a 10-minute walk, take the path on the left. You will arrive directly at the cove. There is no access from Golfe Bleu beach (the path is blocked). Avoid going in the evening...
Note that you may find some naturists in this cove, but naturism has been prohibited on all beaches in Roquebrune Cap Martin for many years.
