Our opinion on the Fisherman Cove

Adresse of the Fisherman Cove : Ch des Pêcheurs 98000 Monaco Monte-Carlo

The Fisherman Cove in Monaco is a small and totally secluded beach next to the rock and the prince’s palace. Only connoisseurs, looking for peace and quiet, frequent this very narrow gravel coated beach. One also comes to enjoy the waves slamming against the gravel (the sea is often rough from this side because of the yachts bypassing Monaco). Be careful, when the sea is rough, access is prohibited and very dangerous.

The cove is not under surveillance. It only has one shower. It is accessible via steep stairs from the fisherman path.

The easiest way to get to this beach is to park in the fisherman’s car park (follow the directions of the rock and the palace, Condamine area). Exit at level -3 then turn left before the tunnel. The stairs of the beach are a few meters away. You can also gain access to it from the dike Rainier III (Port Hercule) following the directions of the palace (access 100 meters away).

Creek in the Palace of Monaco area

This is the nearest creek of the Rock and the Palace of Monaco. The setting is very pleasant and very quiet (the various pictures were taken on 15th August, fairly low attendance).

Rocks, pebbles, small gravel and beautiful waves created by yachts passing offshore.
