In the bay of Touesse in Saint-Coulomb (north-east of Rothéneuf), we find two sand beaches separated by a rock. The setting is paradisiac between the points of Grands Nez and Meinga. To the right of the beach we find a house where Colette wrote “Blé en herbe” (Rozven Beach). The left part of the beach called plage du port and is bordered by the dunes of Roz Ven. Even in summer, we easily find a spot to lay out our towels. However, there is not lifeguard here. The environment is very green. We can pass from one beach to another thanks to the path that links the two points and the beaches in between. At low tide the two beaches form one large beach.
To get here from Saint-Malo, follow directions for Canaclae from the Cote and Rothéneuf by taking the D201. In the center of Rothéneuf, follow directions for St Coulomb for about 4.5 kilometers. After the sign indicating the dunes of Roz Ven, we find a parking lot to the left. Several paths allow us to join the beach in five minutes by foot.
