Our opinion on the Pramousquier Beach
Pramousquier beach in Rayol-Canadel is shared with the town of Le Lavandou. This beach at the entrance of the resort offers a beautiful stretch of sand near Cap Nègre. This beach is very crowded in summer. There are several private beaches with mattress rentals (and restaurants). It is not monitored (there is a call box at the station).
To get to this beach from Le Lavandou, pass through the village of Cavaliere, then after Cap-Nègre at Rayol-Canadel, you will find several accesses on the right through apartment buildings (there is a car park at the top of the hill but it is reserved for the clients of the private beaches and restaurants).

We are in the centre of Pramousquier beach with a faraway view of the tip of Croix Valmer, acting as a partition between the beaches of Ramatuelle.
This is the first beach after Cap Nègre from Le Lavandou.
There are several private beaches but the public area is quite large.
