For those who love calm, head toward Bonporteau Beach in Cavalaire sur Mer which is less crowded than the beach downtown. Located to the west of downtown toward Lavandou, this beach is surrounded by rocks that bring a wild touch. The back edge of this beach is very preserved. It is well protected from wind. A few picnic table are available at the entrance.
To get here, follow the direction for Lavandou. On avenue Bonporteau, after the roundabout, we find a few parking places, but it's hard to find a spot in the summer. A rather steep path leads down to the beach.
