Porigo Beach is in a small cove between Vieux-port in Quiberon (Port Haliguen - small fishing port and marina) and Fort Neuf. This beach is monitored in summer (only two in Quiberon) and is covered in extra-fine sand. Note that this beach is accessible at high tide and low tide. There are rocks on both ends. There is a sailing center on the right.
To get to this beach from the center of Quiberon, go to Port-Haliguen. Turn right at the port (Courlis Street - Boulevard des Emigrés is partly one-way), the beach is located along the road just before the fort. There is a large free car park at the end of the beach in front of the slipway and the sailing center.
