Our opinion on the Ondes Beach
Located at the exit of Juan les Pins, Ondes Beach is the first beach in Cap d'Antibes. It is made of sand and is completely public. It's narrow but agreeable. However, it is very difficult to park as there is no lot around (there are a few places on Chemin des Ondes). We advise you to come here by bus or by foot from Juan les Pins.
The beach is close to the road (Avenue Maréchal Juin) which is busy. We find toilets and showers. We advise families with children to go to Gallice Beach in Juan les Pins (about 800 meters away).

Very authentic setting for this first beach in Cap d'Antibes with fine white sand.
This little tower in the water brings an authentic setting to this beach. In the background, we can see the beginning of Estérel and Théoule dur Mer and the Iles Lérins to the left.
At the top of the photo we can see the pines of Cap d'Antibes. The setting is beautiful but the beach is narrow.
In this photo we see the nearby road. In the background is Juan les Pins where we find very beautiful beaches but they are rather crowded.
