The beach of the Larvotto is Monaco- Monte-Carlo’s only beach, but what a beach! Located on the avenue Princess Grâce and including two coves, this sandy beach (with a combination of very fine gravels – see picture) stretches over 400 metres below a beautiful promenade where the locals enjoy walking around or skate boarding. In a skyscraper environment, this beach is, in our view, one of the most beautiful and attractive beaches of the Côte d’Azur. An aid station is located in the centre of the beach (in the lifted position), next to the dike. At the eastern end (towards Italy), there is a very well equipped garden for children on the beach and in the shade of several pine trees. Nearby, there is also a beach volleyball court. The restaurants on the sand are not lacking (and prices are often lower than in the Côte d’Azur!). The beach has an anti jellyfish net in summer.
