Dunes Beach in Le Touquet is located north of the resort. It is the beginning of Baie de Canche Natural Park with a highly developed dune area and a totally wild beach, which are different from the beaches of the city centre. There is no entertainment here, only the feeling of freedom and greatness. It is also a tolerant place, dogs are allowed on this beach under the supervision of their owners!
The southernmost area is the most crowded (border with North Beach where Aqualud leisure center is). The beach is quickly deserted to the north (towards Canche)... However, one must be careful because swimming is not monitored and there are many tarpaulins.
There are several car parks north of the city center of Le Touquet close to the beach access. They are paying parking.
