Chiosura Beach in Linguizzetta is one of the little known beaches of the East Coast of Corsica. Located 16 km south of Cervione (50 km north of Solenzara and 60 km south of Bastia), this long sandy beach is lined by some campsites (with a large naturist attendance - there are nudist areas on the beach but away from the main entrances so attendance is family-oriented). The environment is preserved in the middle of the Corsican maquis and a eucalyptus forest. One is guaranteed to find space to put one’s towels while being away from its nearest neighbour (if one walks 5 minutes).
This beach is not easy to find because it is not indicated. We advise you to strictly follow our instructions to find it. From the north of Cervione, take the N198 south. Go straight after the junction of the D17 (in the direction of Chiatra and Canale Di Verde) on 1.2 km. Turn left (sign indicating the pizzeria of Rose-Marie), the road is a little bumpy, go along a ranch with horses. Turn right after 300 meters. Follow the road for 250 meters (do not take the first right, which is the access to the campsite) and turn right down the road. There is a small car park. One accesses the beach via the footpath (see photos). Dogs on leash are tolerated.
