Our opinion on the Bureau Beach
The plage du Bureau de Saint Palais sur Mer is the downtown beach. 250 meters of sand stretch the length of a promenade with restaurants and cafes offering a beautiful view of this conche of Saint-Palais (a conche is a sand beach surrounded by two points formed by cliffs; this term is principally used in the southwest).
This beach is supervised during the summer season and you'll find children's games on the place de l'ocean side. Beach equipped for the physically disabled (with 1 amphibian wheelchair available by 1 hour rental).
