Be aware beautiful scenery, especially at sunset. This small beach of the Bastille "Favourite French Village" is not the best known because it is the least accessible. You must leave the car in the car park of the centre, saturated in the summer, or at the port (preferred) and walk along the coastal footpath. This is a trip you will not regret.
With a backdrop of the castle of Cost-Aéres, the Renote peninsula and the archipelago of Sept-Iles, the location is well placed. You can find niches of sand between the rocks at low tide and opportunities to trudge over rocks to the famous Saint-Guirec cove, or in the wild park of the Bastille, bought by the Coastal Conservation Office, just behind. At high tide, the area of sand becomes smaller but can you always find refuge on the surrounding rocks or on the grass. Beautiful little beach. But shhh ... Do not tell too many people.
